Why we ♥ Ellie Taylor

Ellie Taylor is rising to the top of the male-dominated comedy circuit. Ellie is a British actress, writer and stand-up comedian who has hosted shows such as Live at the Apollo and is a regular face on many panel shows including Would I Lie to You. She never fails to leave the audience in stitches, but we love her for so much more than just her comedy.

The wonderful Ellie Taylor became patron of EDS UK in 2017. EDS UK is a charity that aims to "improve the quality of life for people living with EDS [Ehlers Danlos Syndrome], raising awareness and providing support as part of a growing community".. Ellie does not have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome herself, but one of her friends does. She decided to support the charity after seeing the struggles her friend endures due to EDS.

Since becoming patron of EDS UK, Ellie has done great work for the charity. She has performed at gigs to raise money for EDS UK and has had many television appearances where she has spread the word about Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and has raised money for the charity.
